Disney+ Subscription Offer for Just $46.99 a Year Until Sept. 2

Following the many announcements for the streaming service at D23 Expo, Disney has announced an offer in which you can get a Disney+ subscription for three years at just $46.99 a year. The normal yearly rate for the service will be $69.99, but D23 (the official Disney fan club) members can get it at the lower rate right now if you sign up for three years.

The way it works is you must first be a D23 member, which you can become for free here using the “General” option, or you can choose to do a “Gold” or “Gold Family” options. Once you are a member (or if you are already a member), you can go back to the main D23 site, click “My Account” at the top right, then “View Account,” and finally press the “Redeem Now” button to get the offer (you may also get an e-mail with the offer link). New members may have to wait 36 hours for the offer to appear, so don’t wait long to get the process going, as the last day is September 2, 2019!

You can get more details at the official site. The Disney+ subscription offer is valid for US residents with a US payment method only. Disney says the subscription will automatically renew on an annual basis at the end of three years, at the annual subscription price (currently $69.99) unless cancelled. After the three years, you can also choose to do the monthly membership at $6.99 a month.

As was recently announced, Disney will also offer a bundle that includes Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu (with ads) for $12.99 a month.

Disney+, launching on November 12th, will be the ultimate streaming destination for movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and more. From The Walt Disney Company’s Direct-to-Consumer and International segment, Disney+ will offer ad-free programming with a variety of original feature-length films, documentaries, live action and animated series and short-form content, along with unprecedented access to Disney’s incredible library of film and television entertainment.

The service will also be the exclusive streaming home for films released by The Walt Disney Studios in 2019 and beyond, including Captain Marvel, Avengers: Endgame, Toy Story 4, The Lion King, Aladdin, and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
