The Croods: A New Age and Monster Hunter, two films that actually opened in theaters late last year, are coming to Digital, 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD soon.

DreamWorks Animation’s The Croods: A New Age (pre-order at Amazon) is releasing on Digital February 9 and on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-Ray and DVD February 23, 2021 from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. Keep the adventure going with The Croods: A New Age and go beyond the film with two exclusive animated shorts, a gag reel, deleted scenes and activities the whole family can enjoy together.

The sequel’s cast includes Ryan Reynolds, Emma Stone, Nicolas Cage, Peter Dinklage, Kelly Marie Tran and Leslie Mann. The Croods: A New Age is directed by Joel Crawford (Trolls Holiday) and produced by Mark Swift (Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted, Captain Underpants, Penguins of Madagascar).

The Croods have survived fanged beasts, natural disasters, and even young love, but now they must face their biggest challenge yet: another family! In search of a new home, the Croods discover a walled-in paradise created by the sophisticated Betterman family (emphasis on the “better”).

As they try to coexist, the differences between the two families escalate into a full-blown feud, but when a new threat forces both families to embark on an epic adventure, they must all learn to work together… or they’ll all go extinct!

Sony Pictures Entertainment will release Monster Hunter (pre-order at Amazon) on Digital February 16 and on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD March 2.

The home release includes deleted scenes and a look at the process of bringing the game’s iconic characters, weapons, monsters and action to the big screen.

Behind our world, there is another: a world of dangerous and powerful monsters that rule their domain with deadly ferocity. When an unexpected sandstorm transports Captain Artemis (Milla Jovovich) and her unit (T.I. Harris, Meagan Good, Diego Boneta) to a new world, the soldiers are shocked to discover that this hostile and unknown environment is home to enormous and terrifying monsters immune to their firepower.

In their desperate battle for survival, the unit encounters the mysterious Hunter (Tony Jaa), whose unique skills allow him to stay one step ahead of the powerful creatures.

As Artemis and Hunter slowly build trust, she discovers that he is part of a team led by the Admiral (Ron Perlman). Facing a danger so great it could threaten to destroy their world, the brave warriors combine their unique abilities to band together for the ultimate showdown.

Written and directed by Paul W.S. Anderson, the film was produced by Jeremy Bolt, Anderson, Dennis Berardi, Robert Kulzer, and Martin Moszkowicz. The executive producers include Edward Cheng, Howard Chen, and Hiro Matsuoka.
