Barry Season 2 Premiere Date Set for March 31

HBO announced today that the Barry Season 2 premiere date has been set for March 31st at 10 p.m. Created by Alec Berg (Silicon Valley) and Bill HaderBarry launched its eight-episode first season March 25, 2018.

Hader (Saturday Night Live) stars in the title role as a depressed, low-rent hitman from the Midwest who finds himself drawn into a community of acting students while on a hit job in LA. He wants to start a new life, but his criminal past won’t let him walk away. Can he find a way to balance the two worlds?

The series also stars Stephen Root (All the Way), Sarah Goldberg (Hindsight), Glenn Fleshler (True Detective), Anthony Carrigan (Gotham) and Henry Winkler (Arrested Development).

Bill Hader won the Emmy Award for Best Actor in a Comedy Series for Barry, while Henry Winkler won the Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actor.

Barry is executive produced by Alec Berg and Bill Hader, and produced by Aida Rodgers. The consulting producer is Liz Sarnoff and Emily Heller also produces.
