AMC+ March 2022 Programming Announced

AMC has announced the programming coming to the AMC+ streaming service in March. The AMC Plus March 2022 lineup includes a wide variety of critically acclaimed and commercial-free programming, including compelling new dramas, fan-favorite franchises, and film collections from across the company’s networks and streaming services.

The AMC Plus March 2022 programming includes new episodes of The Walking Dead Season 11B every Sunday, one week ahead of their debut on AMC. New episodes of BBC America’s Killing Eve debut every Sunday as well, one week ahead of their debut on BBC America.

AMC Plus March 2022 Programming Announced

The AMC Plus March 2022 slate includes That Dirty Black Bag, an epic eight-part Spaghetti Western drama featuring an all-star ensemble cast led by Dominic Cooper (Preacher, Spy City) and Douglas Booth (The Dirt, Loving Vincent).

Also premiering are the AMC+ exclusive film Dangerous, an action thriller starring Mel Gibson (Braveheart), Scott Eastwood (Suicide Squad), Tyrese Gibson (Fast & Furious series), and Famke Janssen (X-Men), and AMC+ exclusive film Nitram, the Australian Academy Award-winning psychological drama chronicling the descent of Australia’s most notorious mass murderer.

In honor of Women’s History Month, AMC+ has curated a collection of leading ladies from across AMC Networks’ original series, including Killing Eve, starring Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer; Kevin Can F**k Himself, starring Annie Murphy; Orphan Black, starring Tatiana Maslany; and AMC+ Original Anne Boleyn starring Jodie Turner-Smith.

There are also popular movies Divergent and Heathers, independent films Frances Ha, Tiny Furniture, and Mary Shelley, and critically-acclaimed documentaries such as Joan Rivers: A Piece of Work, She’s Beautiful When She’s Angry and A Ballerina’s Tale.

Echos – Season 1 Binge Premieres Thursday, March 3
Some bored rich kids organize an illegal party in the catacombs beneath Munich central station. The Walking Dead – New Episodes of Season 11B Premiere Sundays on AMC+, One Week Ahead of AMC
The Walking Dead returns with many of our heroes fighting imminent hellfire under Reaper attack while others battle Mother Nature’s torrential wrath in Alexandria. For all, their world is literally crashing down

Killing Eve – New Episodes of Season 4 Premiere Sundays on AMC+, One Week Ahead of BBC America
After the emotional climax of Season 3, Eve (Golden Globe winner Sandra Oh), Villanelle (Emmy Award winner Jodie Comer), and Carolyn (BAFTA winner Fiona Shaw) are in very different places. Following Eve and Villanelle’s exchange on the bridge, Eve is on a revenge mission, while Villanelle has found a brand-new community in an attempt to prove she’s not a “monster.”

That Dirty Black Bag – New Series Premieres Thursday, March 10
A raw, epic, and romantic eight-part series about the dark side of the Far West, That Dirty Black Bag features an all-star ensemble cast led by Dominic Cooper (Preacher, Spy City) and Douglas Booth (The Dirt, Loving Vincent), with Niv Sultan (Tehran), Guido Caprino (The Miracle), Christian Cooke (The Promise, Ordeal by Innocence), Travis Fimmel (Vikings, Raised by Wolves) and Aidan Gillen (Game of Thrones, Kin) co-starring.

Filmed in Italy, Spain, and Morocco, the story describes the eight-day clash between Arthur McCoy (Cooper), an incorruptible sheriff with a troubled past, and Red Bill (Booth), an infamous, solitary bounty hunter known for decapitating his victims and stuffing their heads into a dirty black bag, because, as he puts it, “Heads weigh less than bodies.” Paying homage to the classic spaghetti western, the series tells of bounty hunters, bandits, and bloody vendettas. *AMC+ Original

The Seed – New Film Premieres Thursday, March 10
The horror comedy centers on Deidre (Lucy Martin), Heather (Sophie Vavasseur), and Charlotte (Chelsea Edge), lifelong friends who are finally getting some time away together, using an upcoming meteor shower to gather more followers for their social media channels. But what starts out as a girls’ getaway in the Mojave Desert descends into a battle for survival with the arrival of an alien force whose air of mystery soon proves to be alluring and irresistible to them. Veleno: The Town of Lost Children – Limited Series Binge Premieres Tuesday, March 15
Were the children of Modena victims of horrific abuse or of greed, corruption, and hysteria? A five-part documentary series from award-winning director Hugo Berkley unveils a decades-long saga of families torn apart, detailing a shocking legal case reopened after two decades. In the late 1990s, a satanic pedophile network was uncovered in rural Italy.

Sixteen children were separated from their parents, twelve people were imprisoned, and many more were left with their lives in ruins. Wisting – Part 1 of Season 2 Premieres Thursday, March 31
Based on Jørn Lier Horst’s crime novel ‘The Inner Darkness,’ this latest installment in the series literally opens with a bang. A convicted killer escapes from Detective Wisting’s custody by triggering a grenade during the inspection of a potential crime scene in the woods. The killer, who promised to reveal the location of yet another murder victim, instead blasts his way to freedom with the help of a former accomplice, injuring police officers in the process.

The case is now personal for the entire Larvik police force. Wisting (Sven Nordin) embarks on some of the most intense days of his life as he must manage his revenge-thirsty team, as well as stop the two criminals before they continue their killing spree. The case also becomes personal for the detective’s daughter, Line (Thea Green Lundberg), who is shooting a true crime documentary about serial killers and was the one who instigated the whole inspection. *Sundance Now Exclusive
