Titus Welliver Returns in the Bosch Season 6 Trailer

-

Amazon Prime Video has revealed the trailer for Bosch Season 6, premiering on the streaming service on April 17, 2020. All episodes of the sixth season will be available on that day.

After a medical physicist is executed and the deadly radioactive material he had with him goes missing, Detective Harry Bosch finds himself at the center of a complex murder case, a messy federal investigation, and catastrophic threat to Los Angeles — the city he’s pledged to serve and protect.

Based on Michael Connelly’s best-selling novels, the one-hour series Bosch stars Titus Welliver (Lost) as homicide Detective Harry Bosch, Jamie Hector (The Wire) as Detective Jerry Edgar, Amy Aquino (Being Human) as Lt. Grace Billets, Madison Lintz (The Walking Dead) as Maddie Bosch and Lance Reddick (The Wire) as Chief Irvin Irving.

Bosch was developed for television by Eric Overmyer (Treme, The Wire, Homicide: Life on the Streets) and is executive produced by Henrik Bastin (The 100 Code, American Odyssey, The Comedians), Pieter Jan Brugge (Heat, The Insider, The Clearing), Connelly, Elle Johnson (Finding Carter, The Fosters) John Mankiewicz (House of Cards, Magic City), Daniel Pyne (Backstabbing for Beginners, Fracture, The Manchurian Candidate) and Overmyer. Welliver also serves as producer.

Bosch is produced by Fabrik Entertainment. The showrunners are Overmyer and Daniel Pyne.

“Bosch is a customer and critical favorite and Amazon Prime members are fans of this long-running series that delivers strong storytelling, complex characters, and exceptional performances,” Amazon Studios co-head of television Albert Cheng said previously. “We are happy to continue to work with Fabrik, Michael Connelly, and the rest of the team on this artful procedural drama.”

“One of the best things about producing a television show is that rare moment when you get to tell your entire cast and crew that the show is returning for another season,” said Fabrik Entertainment CEO Henrik Bastin, who also executive produces the series. “I just informed the entire Bosch family that we’re coming back for a sixth season and it has brought us all pure joy. A BIG thanks to Team Amazon for being such a great creative partner.”

“Bosch is Amazon Prime Video’s longest-running drama and continues to be a huge hit, thrilling audiences around the world season after season,” said Henrik Pabst, President of Red Arrow Studios International, the TV distribution arm of Red Arrow Studios. “We are delighted the show is returning for Season 6.”

Titus Welliver is known for his work in The TownArgoTransformers: Age of ExtinctionMan on a Ledge and has played the role of Felix Blake in Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Thorwald in The Last Ship. He also played Dominic Barone in Suits and Randall Meade in Touch with Kiefer Sutherland.
