Castlevania Season Three Launch Date on Netflix Set for March

-

Netflix announced today that Castlevania Season Three will be available on the streaming service on March 5, 2020. Castlevania Season Three will consist of 10 episodes and will include more mystery, murder, mayhem, and vampires than ever.

Castlevania, inspired by the classic video game series, is a dark medieval fantasy following the last surviving member of the disgraced Belmont clan, trying to save Eastern Europe from extinction at the hand of Vlad Dracula Tepes himself.

Trevor Belmont, last survivor of his house, is no longer alone, and he and his misfit comrades race to find a way to save humanity from extinction at the hands of the grief-maddened Dracula and his sinister vampire war council.

The animated series is from Frederator Studios, a Wow! Unlimited Media company, written by best-selling author and comic book icon Warren Ellis and executive produced by Warren Ellis, Kevin Kolde, Fred Seibert and Adi Shankar.

Season 1 of the series consisted of four episodes, while the second season consisted of eight episodes.

The series’ voice cast includes Richard Armitage as Trevor Belmont, James Callis as Adrian “Alucard” Tepes, Graham McTavish as Vlad Dracula Tepes, Alejandra Reynoso as Sypha Belnades, Tony Amendola as The Elder, Matt Frewer as The Bishop, Emily Swallow as Lisa Tepes, Theo James as Hector, Adetokumboh M’Cormack as Isaac, Jaime Murray as Carmilla, and Peter Stormare as Godbrand.
