No Man’s Sky Beyond Launch Trailer Shows Amazing Worlds

-

Hello Games today revealed the No Man’s Sky Beyond launch trailer, which shows off some amazing worlds you can explore! No Man’s Sky Beyond includes three major updates rolled into one larger release and will be available on August 14 for players on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Of course, the No Man’s Sky game is required and can be ordered here.

Beyond‘s multiplayer experience will change the way players come together and offer radical new ways to explore the universe. However, it will not require a subscription, will not contain micro-transactions, and will be completely free for all existing players.

The expanded online experience will bring a radical new social and multiplayer experience which empowers players everywhere in the universe to meet and play together.

VR support will also bring the entire game experience to life in virtual reality. Grab the joystick and thruster to fly your starship over an unexplored alien planet as you peer out of the cockpit at the view below. Reach into your backpack to grab your multitool, touch it to switch to terrain manipulation, and carve out intricate shapes with unprecedented control.

Play in multiplayer and casually wave to your non-VR friends or fist bump your VR peers.

Inspired by the adventure and imagination that we love from classic science-fiction, No Man’s Sky presents you with a galaxy to explore, filled with unique planets and lifeforms, constant danger and action. In the game, every star is the light of a distant sun, each orbited by planets filled with life, and you can go to any of them you choose. Fly smoothly from deep space to planetary surfaces, with no loading screens, and no limits. In this infinite procedurally-generated universe, you’ll discover places and creatures that no other players have seen before – and perhaps never will again.
