This would be the seventh film in the franchise.

Paranormal Activity is a franchise created in 2007 by Oren Pell that has six films, including Paranormal Activity 1-4 as well as The Marked Ones and The Ghost Dimension.

In addition, the site reports that A Quiet Place 2 has begun production. The release date is currently March 30, 2020. A Quiet Place 2 will feature Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe reprising their roles, while Cillian Murphy (Peaky BlindersDunkirkThe Dark Knight trilogy) is joining the cast as a man with mysterious intentions who joins the family.
