Netflix has renewed the sketch comedy series I Think You Should Leave for a second season. The series will return to the streaming service in 2020. I Think You Should Leave was created by Tim Robinson (SNL) and Zach Kanin, and is produced by Andy Samberg’s The Lonely Island and Irony Point.
Here is the tagline for the show: “In this new sketch show, Tim Robinson and guests spend each segment driving someone to the point of needing — or desperately wanting — to leave.”
The first season of the show featured Will Forte, Steven Yeun, Cecily Strong, Sam Richardson, Andy Samberg, Vanessa Bayer, Tim Heidecker, Conner O’Malley and Patti Harrison.
“We are very excited to be working with The Lonely Island, Irony Point, and Netflix to make another season of ‘I Think You Should Leave.’ We are so thankful we get to do it again!” Robinson and co-creator Zach Kanin said in a statement.
The series pokes fun at life’s most bizarre and mundane situations. Viewers will see Robinson and a few of his famous friends navigate awkward workplace drama, host an intervention in a Garfield-themed house, talk their way out of a babysitter’s fake hit and run, and much more.
