Brie Larson Believes in Dragons in a Video for Unicorn Store

-

Netflix has posted a brand new video of Unicorn Store star and director Brie Larson discussing magical thinking and believing in dragons and superpowers as a child. You can watch her video about dragons, magical mice and imaginary friends below.

Written by Samantha McIntyre, the film reunites Larson with her Captain Marvel co-star Samuel L. Jackson, and also stars Joan Cusack and Bradley Whitford.

Kit (Brie Larson) is a lonely twenty-something dreamer who’s reluctant to leave the comforts of childhood and fully embrace adulthood. But when art school sends her packing, Kit is forced to move back home with her parents and take a temp job in a boring office. Just when she’s resolved to finally put her Care Bears aside and grow up, a mysterious salesman (Samuel L. Jackson) enters Kit’s life and offers to give her childlike heart its greatest desire. The film is a love letter to everyone’s inner child, and a reminder that no dream is impossible.

The film was produced by Lynette Howell Taylor, David Bernad, Ruben Fleischer, Brie Larson, Paris Kasidokostas-Latsis, and Terry Dougas. The executive producers are Jean-Luc De Fanti, Nathan Kelly, Samantha McIntyre, and Anne Woodward.

Unicorn Store will launch globally on Netflix April 5.
