Chris Evans in Talks for Fuqua’s Reincarnationist Papers Adaptation

Chris Evans is in talks with Paramount Pictures to star in director Antoine Fuqua’s Infinite, an adaptation of the D. Eric Maikranz novel The Reincarnationist Papers, according to Deadline. Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Mark Vahradian will produce.

The electrifying book introduces readers to the Cognomina, a secret society of people who possess total recall of their past lives. Haunted by memories of two past lives, a troubled young man stumbles upon the centuries-old secret society of similar individuals and dares to join their ranks. Evan Michaels’ now public account takes us into this organization whose members have been agents of change throughout history.

The adaptation is written by John Lee Hancock and Ian Shorr, with Hancock doing the most recent revisions.

Chris Evans can next be seen in the highly-anticipated Avengers: Endgame, opening in theaters on April 26.
