Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has been given a Season 7 order, Channing Dungey, president, ABC Entertainment, announced today. The sixth season doesn’t air until the summer of 2019, making this early Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 7 news a big surprise.

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. stars Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons, Henry Simmons as Agent Alphonso “Mack” MacKenzie, Natalia Cordova-Buckley as Elena “Yo-Yo” Rodriguez, and Jeff Ward as Deke Shaw.

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. was co-created by Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon & Maurissa Tancharoen, who also serve as executive producers along with Jeffrey Bell and Jeph Loeb.
