Kingdom Hearts III Cover Art and Extended TGS 2018 Trailer

The game is coming to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 29, 2019

Following the short TGS 2018 trailerSquare Enix has now released the Kingdom Hearts III cover art and the almost 4-minute extended TGS 2018 trailer! You can watch the trailer above and you’ll find two versions of the Kingdom Hearts III cover art, created by series director Tetsuya Nomura, below.

The new trailer shows San Fransokyo from Disney’s Big Hero 6 and Baymax, Hiro Hamada and more characters from the film. Also featured are Rapunzel and Flynn Rider from Tangled.

Kingdom Hearts III tells the story of the power of friendship as Sora and his friends embark on a perilous adventure. Set in a vast array of Disney and Pixar worlds,Kingdom Hearts follows the journey of Sora, a young boy and unknowing heir to a spectacular power. Sora is joined by Donald Duck and Goofy to stop an evil force known as the Heartless from invading and overtaking the universe.

Through the power of friendship, Sora, Donald and Goofy unite with iconic DisneyPixar characters old and new to overcome tremendous challenges and persevere against the darkness threatening their worlds.

In addition to San Fransokyo from Big Hero 6 and the Kingdom of Corona from Tangled, other worlds that gamers can expect include Andy’s Toy Box from Toy Story and the world of Monsters, Inc. Returning from previous games include Olympus from Hercules, Yen Sid’s Mysterious Tower, the realm of Darkness, Twilight Town, and the Classic Kingdom.

Kingdom Hearts III is coming to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 29, 2019.
