The first box office tracking for Venom showed that the movie could take in more than $65 million at the North American box office its first weekend. That would be enough to break the previous best October opening of all time, Gravity‘s $55.8 million from 2013. That movie was 91 minutes long, while Venom is 112 minutes long.
